Shipping Information
Shipping times within Australia will vary depending on your location. Metro areas generally receive orders faster than remote or regional areas.
Australia Post Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 2–7 business days.
Australia Post Express Shipping typically takes approximately 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.
Delivery Costs
Standard Shipping is $10 per order.
Express Shipping is $15 per order.
Local Delivery (Carisbrook & Maryborough ONLY)
We offer local delivery to your door for customers located in Carisbrook 3464 and Maryborough 3465.
Local delivery is $12 and can be selected at checkout if your address is eligible.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed from our warehouse during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can update the details before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If an item arrives with a fault, please contact us at info@nobullcountry.com.au with your full name, order number, product style, and clear photos with a detailed description of the issue. In this case, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided it is requested within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, one of our team members will contact you via email.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is faulty.
