RETURNS POLICY:
Here at No Bull Country we would like you to be happy with your purchases you make within our store.
We pride ourselves in offering the best quality to our customers, we thoroughly check for any faults within our stock before it goes online - Please note some of our products are embroided and it’s natural for the embroidery to be sometimes little uneven or jagged, Our manufacturing team take the most care in this regard.
If for some reason an item arrives with a fault please reach out to us at info@nobullcountry.com.au
Within the email we will need your
Full Name & Order Number and your style of the product and send us a photo and detailed description of your fault.
As a customer you are entitled to a replacement or refund in this case.
Refunds will not be given up incorrect size/ Change of mind.
Exchanges
At No Bull Country we want you to be happy with your purchase if for some reason your new purchase doesn’t fit we can easily exchange for another size, please keep in mind all exchanges need to be made within 30 days,
All items need to be returned in Brand New condition
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us at No Bull Country in their original, unworn condition. Including swing tags, packaging, boxes, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
If you would like to exchange your item, the exchange cost will be then covered by you as the customer.
Once your return has reached us & been inspected one of our team will contact you via email.
All Sale items are Final, they cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault.
